30 days, a full refund. If TimePad isn't for you, email me at support@harishsenthilkumar.xyz within 30 days of the date on your receipt and I'll refund you in full. No questions, and no form to fill in.
What to send. Anything that looks like the order: the order number, the email address you bought with, or the receipt itself. That is enough for me to find it. You don't need to give a reason.
How the money comes back. Lemon Squeezy runs the checkout, so they process the refund, back to the card or account you paid with. It usually shows up in about 5–10 days, depending on your bank.
How quickly I reply. I'm one person and I read every email myself, so it is usually about a day before you hear back.
If Windows won't let it run at all. If Smart App Control, or a policy on a work computer, stops TimePad from running at all, don't switch anything off. Email me at support@harishsenthilkumar.xyz and I'll refund you the same day.
After a refund. A refund ends your licence to use that copy of TimePad, so please uninstall it. The rest of the terms are in the Terms and Conditions.
